JA Global Town Halls

October 2026 JA Global Town Hall

Strong evidence helps JA understand what young people gain from our learning experiences and build partnerships that extend those opportunities. At the latest global town hall, leaders explored how these efforts connect to JA’s 2050 aspiration of delivering 100 million annual youth learning experiences with measurable economic impact.

Leo Martellotto and Caroline Jenner discussed a transformational approach to development: co-creating long-term solutions with partners that draw on their talent, technology, expertise, influence, and funding. Howard Leong and Emmalyn Green introduced JA’s new Outcomes Framework, which will help locations measure changes in young people’s attitudes, knowledge, and behavioral intentions across entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial capability.

Examples from the Américas, Korea, and Argentina brought these approaches to life, showing how teams use evidence to strengthen programs, demonstrate results, and deepen partner relationships. The town hall also featured World Youth for Action, including the upcoming summit in India, where 50 youth leaders and 50 thought leaders will develop recommendations for the next set of Global Goals.
